WASHINGTON, D.C. (WSFA) -
The United States Supreme Court justices could issue a monumental ruling regarding sentences given to juvenile offenders.
The State of Alabama will play a role in the ruling.
A Montgomery attorney argued before the court Tuesday claiming a 'life in prison without parole' sentence for a juvenile is unconstitutional.
